You may be eligible for financial incentives to complete your program. Check with your local Community Center.

For families / households with more than 8 persons, add $4,540 for each additional person.

ECKAN is operating under the 200% Federal Poverty Level until Friday, February 18th, 2021.  Beginning Friday, February 19th, 2021 ECKAN will return to operating under the 125% of the Federal Poverty Level.

Stepping Stones to Success

Available to anyone who commits to coaching and progress toward personal and financial goals. Financial incentives to help build Emergency Savings available in some counties.

Available if you have a housing voucher. Substantial financial incentives to help you build an ESCROW account available upon graduation from the progam.

Head Start

Parents set family and personal goals with Head Start staff and often participate in our case management programs.
